Just picked up some Zealous Oni Daggers today and was wondering if they go up to 4 or 5 or whatever the max usually is on other zealous mods?

All zealous mods are 1-1 by the way. Daggers Swords and Axes have 3-1 vamps max while Bows and Hammers have 5-1 max.

Personally, since Bows and Hammers are slower and A-Net has seen fit to accommodate them with increased vampiric, I think they should accommodate them with increased zealous mods too. Either 2/1 Zealous mods or 3/2 Zealous if 2/1 is too powerful.

3/2 would be too hard to use, especially on a warrior. 1.5/1 or 3(50%)/1 would work fine. But apparently, no one cares enough to really complain about them.

i though zealous mods had been removed from the game apart from on green weapons? is that wrong?

Yes thats wrong. Zealous mods still drop. (only on gold now)
