curved minotaur horns??

I have just created a wammo and recently to get up my funds have been farming minotaurs outside ice tooth cave anyway that is not the point i have collected up around 290 curved minotaur horns and my question is are they usefull for anything xept the armour collector there?

I think there is a collector in the Crystal Desert that wants them, too.

No, the C.D. collector wants just plain old Minotaur Horns, which are only dropped by desert Mino's. The ones youve got are pretty much useless unless you want some non max collector stuff.

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of drops do you get around that area?

What do think level 10 monsters drop?

Why don't you turn the horns into the collector for collector weapons, and then sell them to a merchant (for 125g per piece)? That's what they're doing down at Drok's with Troll tusks.

The low level collector stuff isn't worth 125. Around that area it's probaby 75ish.

Even less I think. its not worth the hassle at all.
And people please read before answering, the OP would have gone all the way to the desert to try to exchange the mountain troll horns for desert collectors which does not work and then would have wondered how come he is not getting 125 gold

i knew they were not for the desert i am not that much of a noob (have done hells precipice on my other char) oh and i think you can only collector them for a haubauk...so not worth anything, they are worth 8gold each or you can savage for bone but dont know how that would come out
oh forsythe no decnt drops quite a few purples but nothing max so i just merchant it all

What did you expect from farming level 10 monsters?

Check what the armour from the armour collector salvages into. If it's a material that's going for a bit, or if there's a chance of getting a decent rare material that could be your best bet.

oh and tobias i did not expect anything, and also i have made a fair amount of money ( for me) and it is also fun

just take the horns up above rankor a ways, then trade them to the trader for about 125 each item, then sell them to a merchant..
