kneeling at statues

i kno you can kneel at statues of gods to call on them for enchantments. but if when i try an kneel at them with a char. from tyria, nothing happens. do you have to be ascended or somn. not sure.

Your region has to have favour. Indicated by some sort of animation or nice effect on the statue itself.

when we have favor and you goto ToA

i usually just /point at the statues and they pop up :P

I really think they should make use of other emotes in the game besides /kneel. Seriously, all statues require you to kneel, there's even a quest on the Shing Jea island that requires you to kneel to plant seeds for a farmer. Why not make more use of emotes, such as making a NPC go hostile by doing /fistshake?

The statues are also in Zin Ku comdor in Cantha. The also lead to FoW and UW. but im thinking that they are going to add more god worlds soon anyway, cause they have all the other gods there too.

Works on all statues when your continent has favor of the gods.
In ToA you can get to FoW or Underworld.
Some statues gives enchantments, some do give extra quests (
at least in prophecies).

It's funny to /wave at the toa statues. Also works on glint in droks.

But it doesn't work on the others ='(
