Can you use armor from a different continent

This is posted to settle a dispute. To my understanding, Tyrians can wear Canthan armor, and Canthans can wear Tyrian armor. The only issue is that assassins and ritualists can't purchase armor in Tyria (b/c they don't exsist there)

Can anyone confirm/correct this view?

assassin/ritualist FoW are both exclusive to tyria.
thus, they can wear tyrian armors.
though i have not brought my assassins or ritualists to tyria, i am pretty sure the armor fcrafters at droks and other places do not make tyrian ritualist/assassin armors.

Assassins and Rit do not have an option to buy armor from Tyria (not yet anyway) and I do not know if there are plants to add the option in the future.

The only armor that can be bought for the Assassins and Rit are the Fissure of Woe armor.

Tyrians can buy armor from both continents.

This is the reason why Sins and Rit have more armor sets than Tyrians in Cantha.

The end game mission has 3 sets of armor for Sins and Rit and only one option for the old characters.

Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking.

Although, I didn't know about FOW armor for A or Rt

Canthan-started Core classes can get all armor sets crafted in Tyria.

Canthan-started Factions classes (A/Rt) can't get any armor sets from Tyria, crafters and collectors don't have anything to offer for them (verified on my 'sin, don't know about Tyrian 15k, but I'd guess they don't have anything to offer either)

Also, I wouldn't call FoW/UW 'Tyrian' area, as they have their own access point from Cantha at Zin Ku Corridor, so it's more shared content like Battle Isles, and naturally has armor sets for Factions-classes.

Poll is just an easy way to view teh answer to the question. If the majority vote yes, it's a quicker reference should someone else have the same question and look up this topic.

There is only 1 Armor crafter in Tyria for Factions classes (A and Rt) and that is in the Fissure of Woe. Droks, Denravi, Yaks, Ascalon, and so on do NOT have armor or weapon crafters for Assassin and Ritualists. I'm not sure why this is a poll, the answer is pretty cut and dry.

Another addition: Tyrian characters can wear canthan armor that they purchased during the headstart, even if they have not yet entered their Factions retail key, and yes, even after the grace period.

I purchased two sets of new armors (Canthan and Shing Jea) for my ranger and I can still run around in them, if I so choose.
