Has anyone seen

Have you seen any collectors for 15/-1 and 27/-1 wands and offhands. I heard they have collector's like that in Cantha but I am not sure. I would love to get a couple of those for my monk (boon prot) and maybe some other characters.

There's a monk +15 -1 30 HP I belive in TOA. Temple of Ages.

I've seen quite a few in the shenzun tunnels and it's connecting outposts. I'm not sure which types they have though.

I've got a few greens like this - if you're interested I can check if I have one for monk.

theres a shitload of those in Tyria. Try checking the collectors in the desert, i have some Divine rods +15/-1 healing ankh +15/-1 +30hp

There's also canthan collectors and crafters with such rewards, but the work is under progress.

There aren't any max +15/-1 rods in Tyria; haven't been paying attention to Canthan collectors really. Nonmax Tyrian +15/-1 rods are:
