Idea: Ritualist, Assassin skill quests in Tyria

It would be nice for those who own both GW: Prophecies and Factions to be able to create a Ritalist or Assassin, travels back to lion's arch and be able to obtain skill quests in Tyria instead of buying them in Cantha. It would give new players who have no gold to start with be able to get some skills free, but also gives them more incentive to buy the first campaign.
