can i still get my character to Cantha if i have factions but not on the same account?

Nope. You have to merge your accounts to be able to travel with Tyrian characters to Cantha, and the other way around

No; in order to get to Cantha you must have Factions on the same account.

ok thanx so how do i merge my accounts is it possible because i heard you cant delete accounts so i cant just add the serial code again to my other account.

As far as I know, once you have decided what to do, merge or not, and either added the key to your old account or created a new account, that key is used and cannot be used again.

The only way that I know of is to buy a new Factions copy, and add that key to your old prophesis account, that way you can use your Canthan character in Tyria and your Tyrian character in Cantha. The question is if you think that option is worth the money.

You could e-mail support and ask them if they can help you, but I´m pretty sure that their answer will be: No

There has been several warnings about the fact that if you don't merge, you can't merge later on. I think you even get a warning about his if you enter your Factions key.
