Glyph of Energy

My question is that the Elite skill Glyph of Energy for Elementalists if its able to get it in Factions? I have only seen where to get it in Prophecy.
Would be nice if some1 know an answer...

you're right, this is not the q&a section, this is the section for general game discussion, and this falls under general discussion, so i think its fair to have it here

as for finding it, i believe in mineral springs in proph is the only place to get it.

they purposefully made it so you had to have proph and factions in order to get all the elite skills you need
