Befriend the Um Fah/Jade Brotherhood ?

Hi. I saw some reference somewhere to a quest that you could do which made either the Um Fah or the Jade Brotherhood stop attacking you.

Can anyone confirm this ?
Which quest is that and where do I get it ?

Thanks for any help received.

So far I have not come across a quest that will stop them from attacking you for good.

I am aware of the one that lets you befriend some of the Um Fah, but I messed up and talked to an Um Fah npc in the Bazaar and did not drink an elixer he was offering and now they hate me again I cant wait for my friends who play to find out I am agressive to them again and they are not. Any way to restore friendly again.

I think they are friendly only when you have to find that Brother Whatshisname, after finishing the following quest chain they should be back to hostile.

While you have the Brother quest active, the Am Fah people in Bazaar (and ONLY those in Bazaar) will not be hostile to you. After you complete this quest you are offered those 2 "choices" : to drink or not from the Corrupted Chalice. Any of the 2 choices leads to turning the Am Fah hostile to you. If you want them not to be hostile, don't take any of the 2 quests. But remember that this applies only to the Bazaar area, so it's really not of much use.

Never mind Tosai.

Get and complete the "Search for a Cure" mission from Imperial Agent Hanjo, talk to Bujo and turn in some Jade Capes. Don't wait either, as until you complete this, the Jades will drop nothing but capes. Our guild has like 100 in storage to save bothering with the run around

If at that stage you ignore the next quest from Bujo ("Seek out Brother Tosai") the Am Fah are friendly and without cluttering your quest list with a half finished quest. I don't suppose I'll ever do the Brother Tosai stuff (well not on any mre f my characters). Done it once, thanks, PITA quest, frankly and I like being able to wander aimlessly in Wajjun.
