PC gold summit shield -2 stance/+29 always

I did a search, found some similar items with widely varying prices, but nothing matching this one, so I'd appreciate a PC please.

(gold) Stone Summit Shield
(Note on the skin: it's the round shield divided into quarters with spikes all around the edges, not the Summit Warlord Shield.)

Armor 16
Dmg received -2 (while in stance)
HP +29 (always)
