OK. Since I wont be getting the game till I get my own PC (I happen to be useing Macintosh right now....!) SO what I wanna know is this: in Guild Wars Factions do you only have the 2 new factions or do they still have all he faction PLUS the 2 new ones?

The question does not really make sense. There where no factions in the GW1.
I have a suspicion you are talking about character classes. If so then yes, you can play any of the 6 classes from GW1 + the two new classes.

I'm not sure I get what you are asking but there is only 2 Factions that you can join. The Kurzicks or the Luxons. There are other Factions in the game but they are only Mobs. There's the Crimson Skulls, Ahm Fan(sp?) and the Jade Brotherhood. You come across them in the game but you can not join them.

Yes sorry I mean Charater Classes.
So I would be able to play all 6/8 classes on the New Guild Wars Factions?
So basicly its just normal guildwars exept it has 2 new classes, a new world and a few new guild halls?
