Well... I'm trying to capture this skill, in order to complete my 5 class skill set on my ranger -_-

However, everywhere I search, on the web, in game etc, I just can't seem to find this skill.

If anyone has seen it, please tell me >_>

*I just asked Gaile Gray, and she has confirmed it is inthe game at the moment.*

No you can cap way of the empty palm in boreas seabed so all is still fine.
