PC Shocking Platinum Longbow of Shelter

I realize it's not max dmg .. but dmg +15% and Armor +7 sounded interesting .. now if it wasn't for energy -5

any input is appreciated !

Not max = No good to anyone, if it were...wow good bow, otherwise...I dunno, because if you salvage it, your just gonna get the shocking or shelter thing, so imho merch. it, but thats just my opionion...
