old victos axe and old armor

i read somewhere on here that the old victos axes were going to get an upgrade to 20/20 for free. i also read on the gw site from gaile that the dragon/platemail armor's were gonna get an upgrade to 90al.

my question is does anyone know when this is gonna happend and what do you think about this?

There are several other threads about this right now, in Q&A and elsewhere. We don't need another thread every day. Closed.
