Nope, Wall of the Eyeless (the classic d2 lidless). Lidless has a different skin

It's more vertical with the faces on the shield, eyeless is rounder with skulls (at least in the item picture, not while worn).

Still... that is quite possibly the ugliest shield ever.

Outcast Sheild - Featuring "Bone Spikes of Death"

All Assassin offhand attacks cause uncontrollable bleeding and deep wound until death. Erm, not really.

I wouldn't expect a sexy ele or ritualist carrying that sheild. Put one on a warrior, assassin, or an evil necro and it should look the part.
