Stuck in Game after 3th blue and 2nd red mission

Me and my guild are stuck in the game..we got all the places availible till Altrumm Ruins and Sos Shivros Channel

I hear more ppl in Factions talking about this..i have followed my Primary quests and i got only 2 mission availible:
Charting the forest and Charting the Jade sea but when i want to do the Charting the forest mission i am not allowed into House Zu Zhelter and that is just the place i need to be for the mission..

Can someone pls help me i am stuck here for almost a week now and i am getting bored

And i alrdy did City Under Attack and Battle In The Sewers.

PLS CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS

If you already did C.U.A and BitS, then you should be at Sunjiang District, the next mission.
