I don't think its possible to have 2x 100% on one char alone because Canthan toons can't go pre Lion's Arch in Tyria and Tyrian toons can't go to noob island in Cantha. (I think)

If you have 100% of both Tyrian AND Canthan Exploration (On any amount of chars, I don't care you just need both)

THEN you can whine. In fact, you have a right to be angry if it hasn't satisfied you. But if not, what right do you have to complain about something you have not fully taken advantage of?

All the gates would be unlocked by the time you hit 100%... you've completely missed the point. It's about going where you want to when first discovering the game... not mapping every square inch as you're more likely to do in a second pass (after everything is unlocked)
