Assn armor question...

I just picked up Valkyrie Imperial armor, that gives me an extra 35 health.

Can I still use a vigor rune on top of that? (It just scares me that it says non-stacking).

Yup, the non-stacking means that the vigor rune won't stack with another vigor rune, i.e. you can't have 5 sup vigors in your armor.
