No Tyria Quests for Cantha's Heroes?

I just noticed that one of the guys with skillsquests, located in beacons peach, doesnt talk to you nor give you any quest. I am e/mo so i'm really confused...
do i have to create a tyria char to get those quests and the skills including?
I think buying all of the skills will become extremly expensive, but i like the canthan style and my ele is lvl 14 with both attribute quests so far (not too much, but also a bad waste of time if i'd have to delete it )
i guess ascalons quests are denied as well, anybody knows about maguuma and deserts? kryta works for now, but i think there are not most of the skillq's

Quests begin for Cantha characters at LA and beyond. I've done some of the quests for my ritualist to get monk skills. Note that plot driven quests that base their info on previous history in Ascalon (Last Hog, etc), do not exist, but others do (Graven Images).

If you pay attention to the cutscene, it brings you up to date on the Prophecies story so that all the backstory is history and you jump into the middle of a new plot.

are the cutszenes changed?
uhm so i maybe better keep him and just get as much skillqeusts from tyria as i can? why did anet change those quests :S

You can't get skill quests related to Ascalon plotlines if you are a Cantha born character. I could take Graven Images, Undead Horde, and the murder one for Nebo Terrace/Bergan Hot Springs. I could not get The Hungry Devourer, The Ascalon Settlement, or The Last Hog.
