Why no voice when i am attacking?

Hey,

I had tryed F11, and take all the song things max and i still not got voice when i am, attacking. Is it because i have installed Guildwars/Factions error? Or what.?

Voice when your attacking? There is no speach in the game, besides in the cutscenes.

You know, when u make Healing Signet it is coming a voice. But not on me why?

Umm, I don't really have any idea what you are talking about. Do you think you could be a little more specific?

erm, no idea what ur burbling bout there. Voice on heal sig? and not when your attacking. If there is a voice on the heal sig that wont play when ur attacking, then ur not using a heal sig cos u cant be attacking and using a heal sig...

There is a sound associated with using the healing signet, is that what you mean? If you truly mean voice (like someone speaking), I've never heard one. If it's that the sound is missing, well I still don't know why it would be, but at least I can agree that there is a sound when you use the skill.

Every skill has their unique sound, but none of them has a voice. The only times when you hear a character's/NPC's voice is when they die or get hit by an oncoming attack.

Yes, it is a sound when u make a skill but not with me? Like Healing Signet comes with a sound like diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing

Do you maybe have like a 5.1 or 7.1 soundcard, the settings set for those, but use 2.1 headset or speakers? I had the same prob with my old headset...you either need 5.1 headset or speakers or set back your settings in windows to 2.1 if thats the case.

check your sound settings, device drivers etc....sounds to me like GW is not talking to your sound card

which GW also not been doing to my soundcard every other update or so

i had no sounds while atk'n or trading or switch chars i installed direct x 9.x and it fixed the problem
