There is an auction bidder that is at -6 feedback as he/she has been bidding on items and does not answer any e-mails, and the in game name that is given at the close of the auction does not exist. This persons board name is Alfonz and their feedback can be viewed here:

The problem comes in when you relist an item after being screwed over, and they turn around and rebid/rebuy it. Without a way to ban a user from bidding on any of your items, someone doing this will just end up ruining the system for everyone. They will end up just creating another fake account, and doing it all over again. Please provide a way to fix this, or an automatic banning of bidding once you hit certain negative feedback (I would say -1 or -2 would be enough).
Auction Bidder is bidding on items and never pays!

Well I think the restriction to a -1 or -2 would be too harsh. There are some traders who have completed over a 100 transactions and some are bound to go bad or not up to someone's expectation. It's something that I want to look into but slightly modified. Giving the auction admin a notification if someone has say... more than a -3 feedback so that they can personally look into it.
As for this user he is being banned as I write this.

Thanks. What I meant was that if a users total feeback score was in the negatives, they shouldn't be allowed to bid. Its one thing if you had 100 positives and 2-3 negatives, its another matter when you have 100% negative feedback. I would also hope any negative feedback this person gave to myself and the other people he scammed would be removed.
Once again, thank you.
Once again, thank you.

Hello , I would like to address the issue of banned users. As I am sure many users are aware, one problem of the auction system is fake bidding, i.e. users bidding 1000000000000000000000 on an item in order to disrupt the system or benefit their own auctions.
We have taken a tough stand against these users by banning the accounts in question. In addition, if feasible, we have taken steps to ensure that connections from the offending PCs are no longer possible.
Statistically speaking, about half of the banned accounts lead to complaints from always just one other user that he/she is experiencing a ban. Practically that means that either two users have been sharing a PC or one user set up an additional account for funny bids.
I am not going to claim that this system is foolproof, and I understand that there is a margin for error. However, it is ironic that bans - if at all - just affect one other user. Before you complain, this is not an allegation directed at you, but simply a general statement of fact.
Other reasons that have led to suspensions in the past are obviously substantial numbers of negative feedback, false e-mail addresses, and false in-game names. Suspensions due to false details are more of an administrative nature aiming to get the user to enter proper information. Once such details have been provided, the accounts are certainly available for further use.
Blade_falcon, if you feel that your account has been targeted without reason, please drop me a line. I have no personal benefit or interest in excluding you from the system if it is unwarranted.
Frankly, rather than receiving between 200-400 e-mails per day as has been the case since the release of chapter 2, I would love if you all had good trading experiences, no problems, and would only submit reasonable new category suggestions (hint, hint ). Of course I understand that this is not a realistic expectation, but you can rest assured that I have no personal interest in going after individual users, but rather apply a set of rules in a fair manner to all users. In so many words, drop me a line.

Bans happen. Sometimes an accidental ban happens. Ask ArenaNet who has lately had an influx of people randomly banned without reason. To call it 'corrupt' is stepping overboard.
I've been looking through several accounts lately and the IP's to see what may be going on. I've tried several things and will be contacting you to see if the problem was fixed. You aren't the only one blade_falcon.
