I need price check on this Axe:

Furious Morning Star Axe Of Shelter
Damage 15% always
Armor -10 (whilse atacking)
Double adrenaline on hit (chance 10%)
Armor +7 (vs. physical attacks)

25-40k i say, kinda hard to pc as i dont see many, but doesnt mean they are rare cause i founda few myself, just havnt seen many for sale.

if the stas were a tad bit better, it coudl go for more, but i'd say right aroudn 40K would be a decent sale. -- expect to be willing to take more around 30k though.

Is there more people to PC this ?
