eXTRA 30 aTTRIBUTE points???

where do ya go to get the 30 extra attribute points?? can not find out..

In Prophecies you get the extra attribute quests after you ascend, they are quests in the desert.

In Factions, you get them on the starter island. I know the first one is right after the General Chos estate mission in the town that it drops you in. The other is in Seitung Harbor.
