What guide would this be?
Thanks for the response. But I disagree that 15^50 is all people care about. Whether they should or not is a different matter, but we all know very well that the mods already on a weapon change its price, if nothing else to include the price of the mods if bought separately.
A 15^50 Chaos with perfect sundering and fortitude is going to sell higher than a clean 15^50 chaos.

Probably around 40k in this market, but tough to sell I imagine. People want Factions items.
As for the above discussion, in the case of those particular mods, on that particular weapon (axe), yes it will sell for more but not proportionately so. But most of the time additional mods make very little difference in price. However, the term "Perfect" is in reference to the inherent properties of an item; i.e.: damage, req, damage/energy bonus. Therefore your bow IS considered to be perfect.
