Req 8 15^50 Longsword

Hello everyone. I need a PC on this great looking yet slightly outdated sword. I know something like this would go for a lot before Factions, but right now I am clueless about what I should ask for it. Thanks.

Cold Damage 15-22 (Req 8 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (While Health is Above 50%)
Enchantments Last 19% Longer

id try for 50-60k but you mite have to settle for 30-40k

ya 50k but your looking to get close to what big papi said 30-40
