Some of you will hate me for this.
I am very proud that I came up with a build that works, and that will get people a nice green item.
You will be farming a Ranger boss named Chkkr Thousand Tail. He drops a nice green Bramble Bow named Chkkr's Flatbow.
Here's the rundown.
Exit "Saint Anjecka's Shrine" through the "Drazach Thicket" exit. Head forward untill you see a patrol of wardens to the left. Wait till they leave a small window of opportunity and dash forward past them to Chkkr Thousand Tail. Hold "CTRL" so that you wont miss him.
NOTE: sometimes the wardens will spawn in a gay way, and you wont be able to get past them. Just go back and reload area.
On to the actual farming....
You will use a standard 55 monk build, except you will use "Disrupting Chop", and "Dismember". Other skills are Mending, BS, Blessed Aura, that signet that gives you energy from enchants, and PS.
for weapons, you need an axe with 20% enchant and -50hp offhand. If you can get a +5 energy mod, - even better.
Oh, almost forgot. Put around 9 pts into axe so that deep would lasts longer. I have a 9 req 5 energy dragoncrest axe, and with 9 pts I also meet the req, and do a bit more damage.
Chikkr's skills cant do anything to you as long as you keep PS up. however, his Troll Unguent is annoying. Here's how you deal with it:
Start with causing a deep would, follow up with soj. Wait till he casts his 1st troll... After he does that, wait till he does needling arrows, and quickly do disrupting chop. He will almost always cast Troll after Needling, which tells you when to disrupt.
At this point just rinse and repeat till he's dead.
It took me around 12-15 runs to get the bow. It was extremely annoying, but I'm very persistant in games. Ahhh.. if only I could apply that to real life. Oh well, let's not get carried away here.
