I was doing this mission earlier with my warrior from Tyria. Our PUG quickly swept through the three Luxon teams that you have to face. Then, when it came time to pick up the Spear of Archemorous, we kind of stalled, trying to decide who should go walking around with it. Suddenly, I saw two Spears appear on the ground, both saying "Supreme Spear of Archemorous." Even more crazy, two spirits of Archemorous flew out, and I saw -300 -300 appear on my screen. Our entire party died except for the monk, who was some distance away.
Our monk ressed all of us, and we were amazed to see that there were still two spears on the ground. We picked them both up; they both appeared to work. We continued through the rest of the mission, with two spears; they both charged properly, they both did damage when dropped. Here are some screenies:

Anyone else ever have this happen?
(I'm not going to lie, it was very fun walking around with two spears in the party.)

Something simmilar happened to me.
I was doing Sunjiang District with henchies and i took the spear with myself, at some point i dropped it and picked up again. The pick up animation happened at the same time as i died. Afterwards, i saw two spears on the ground....I wasn't able to check them though, the henchies got wiped
