one year guild anniversary?

so does anything special happen if a guild hits 1 year?.. i made a guild during beta (ROFL) and didnt play that account for the longest time..

now me and the other members that are still active have a gold GuildTag next to our names... any specific reason for this?

Hmmmm.... great question.... don't know but i will check back to see, we also formed our guild in the beta.

yeahm uits not like everyone can see it.. but other guilds i have been in have not had it, so i am just unsure....

The gold guild tags are there for when you have another guild member in a town, and you are trying to find them. Makes it easyier for you too see them.

Our guild celebrated it's one year anniversary last week. We had some celebratory fun but nothing happened otherwise. It would have been nice to have a decorated guild hall or special present in the hall but we just had our own good time. Dwarven ale + screenshot hunts = much hilarity.
