We can hide our cape and helm. So another simple addition would be to toggle the shield/offhand art. Maybe I'm just sentimental, but I like the look of a warrior without a shield.

One problem: Focus swapping. This would increase the challenge for Mesmers doing EDenial, which was recently increased somewhat due to changes in the primary Edenial skills. While it would be cool to be able to potentially hide your offhand, it does lead to some loss of certain tactics.
