How much health & attribute points does a lvl 30 monster have?
Does it follow our rules? 170 attrib for lvl 1-20, +30 for 2 quests and 20 per level after? For a total of 400?
What about health, some mobs seem like they have alot more than the 680 they would have at lvl 30?
Or is my math all wrong (or irrelelvant) because Anet arbitrarily set those?
