Where I cap Shield of Judgement in Factions?

I explored 68.5%, finished all the missions and killed every monk on the way and none of them had SOJ. Any one stumbled on the boss with the skill and can direct me to him?

SoJ isn't in factions. Not all prophecys elites are.

So are you saying if some people don't own the original game, they don't get all the skills?
Well, that sucks. Now I"ll have to run to Mineral Springs just for one skill.

Yup there are some skills exclusive to each campaign, just as we have to run around Canthan finding the new elites.
