With the addition of many new skins and with several different types of shields lately, it's harder to judge a shield based on stats alone.

Before asking for a PC on a shield, be sure you have an In-Game SS of the shield ot post along with it.
It will be easier for us to asess and better for you as well in the long run to get the PC that you deserve
