stance question

hi stuff like legionnaire gear says +10 armor while in stance. my question is do i get that bonus if i use spells like defy pain/endure pain/sprint/dolyak sig- basically any instant cast warrior spell? or does it only apply to things like berserker stance/balanced stance/bonetti's defense/defensive stance and so on. if it only works on the later looks like i'll be changing my spell lineup to better suit my gear.

dolyak sig is like the name says, a signet.
sprint is a stanceendure pain says skill and defy pain is also a skill.

Every skill that says stance/elite stance are stances :P

Yeh, in the skill description if it says (Elite) Stance its a stance. Something like "signet" or "skill" arent stances.
