I havent looked the link, but a normal solo trapper build is:
Spike Trap
Fire Trap
Barbed Trap
Dust Trap
Quickening Zephyr
Energizing Winds
Serpent's Quickness
Whirling Defense(Dryder's Defenses)/Storm Chaser/Troll Ungent
16 Wilderness Survival(Mask + Sup. Rune)
15 Expertise(Sup. Rune)
4 Beast Mastery(Minor Rune)
Not sure if it's 4 BM, but just the last in there.
Staff with +10 Energy +5 Energy +7 Physical/Shelter or +30 Health(The green staffs from Tombs works very good here. And they are cheap)
Storm Chaser if you have to run past some enemies.
Whirling Defense/Dryder's Defenses if it's against Melee enemies(Which it should be btw)
Troll Ungent if it's against casters or enemies who have skills that cant be blocked.
