PC on [Perfect] Communing Staff!!

i need a price check on this communing staff, i dont know much about RTs, but which attribute for RTs is the "best" that everyone wants a staff for, is it channelling or communing, i know its 1 of these, well heres the pic

Nice one, put it on high end and see where it goes... I'd guess around 150-180k but i might be totally wrong. Dunno how many staves like this have dropped yet.
