but anyway some information for you:
the max you can get at req 7 is:
15-27 +15%^50 (or an other bonus mod)
so if you realy look for a req 7 bow, try to find some kind of this req 7 15-27bow. but gl at this. getting those is not that easy...

well i think there were some req7 bows 2weeks while beta.......but if someone would have an stormbow REQ 7
