Sensible mods on staves/wands/focus items

ANet can we please get rid of "required 10 earth magic. -20% recharge blood magic" stupidity?
I mean I recall seeing shields with smighting bonus, but that is so rare that it is not worth mentioning. So why do caster weapon drops have to suffer this? Wonder why there is no rare skin market for caster weapons?
I mean the only not-foolishly-useless-piece-of-junk-staff you can get is from collector or green one.
I want good shadow staff damnit! One that actually has non-contradictory mods on it.

Also customization of staves/wands should give something useful istead of attack damage bonus.
