I thought i saw an update for factions that says bloodstained boots were in cantha, but now that i have finish the game with my necro i havent seen any crafter that has it. So did i see something thats not there or am i looking in the wrong place.

The first place you can get Bloodstained boots in Seitung Harbor from the armour crafters there. I have Bloodstained Canthan boots on my necro.

Looks like they added them to the Canthan armor crafters. I'm seeing one in Kaineng now.
Wasn't there when I last checked on my necro.

All the 1.5K crafters in Kaineng have them.
