Price Check On Mesmer Offhand

I have no clue what this offhand is worth because of its skin. The stats are pretty good. Any help would be nice.

hmm i'd say 30k maybe more most mesmers arent enchanted though but I'd get another opinion

Any other opinions? I've been getting some prices that have been all over the place. No one is really sure.
