everything was alright last night, i could play Guild wars perfectly. however, i tried this morning and after putting in my password it crashes and goes to the report bug screen i did a cold boot and it worked, but now it doesnt at all.

Weird, sounds like some kind of conflict somewhere.

What else are you running when you start up Guild Wars? Have you done an AV scan?

Gonna say run a virus scan, and if that doesn't work, you can attempt a system restore, as I've seen that fix this kind of error too.
