PC Please : Gold Magmas Shield, Req 8 Strength

I'm not well up on Shields so I could really do with some advice on the value of this one:

Gold, Armour 16 Magmas Shield (Req 8 Strength)
Armour +9 (vs Tengu)
Health +59 (while Hexed)
