pc on this item please, dont nkow the value of 15% always -1 energy regen mod

after buying a bunch of unid items, this was the best and i hope it pays off

the sword is probally 5k by itself... I'd honestly salvage, you'd get alot more if you got the sundering mod... but someone would probally pay 20-30k or so to take that chance...
