How to get in Gyala Hatchery?

Hey,
I have to get in Gyala Hatchery but for some reason I can't :-s ...
I have 10k luxon faction (unspended), normaly I should talk to Elder Rhea who should give me some quest... But when I talk to her, there's no quest :-s
I have already done every quest in the area... *sigh* I don't know where to go or what to do....

Do you have primary quest called Stolen Eggs?
To get into the hatchery, you need that quest to get there.
I think Elder Rhea gives you that quest after completing the 10k luxon faction mission.

What and where is the 10k luxon faction mission ?
Is it one of those 'challenge missions' ?

Elder Rhea should have a quest called "Befriending the Luxons" (or something like that)
After you have completed that quest you should get "Stolen Eggs"

Befriending the Luxons is the 10k faction quest.
