Greetings again,
This is a response to both the TC alliance and the community's general response to BkBd alliance members. Firstly, keeping the elite mission exclusive may not be what many of the community think is right, but it is quite clearly what the developers of the game intended. You may not agree that this is a good intention, but that is no reason to punish those who play the game in this way. Many people in our alliance have been harassed, kicked out of PUGs, and publicly slandered. Now again I respect your view that the way the game was designed was wrong but that is no reason to punish people who are playing the game the way it was designed. Furthermore, the vast majority of people in our alliance are not responsible for the decisions of our officers/leaders.
Now I will address most of the slander said by TC and other posters. Firstly, if someone in our alliance was found to be selling zodiacs on Ebay they would be immediately kicked from the guild. Secondly, no one was kicked for not contributing faction. I know of only one case in a smaller guild where someone was kicked for being ran to Cavalon by our guild, going to the deep, and then never contributing faction.
We want to have fun playing the game just as much as everyone else so please be respectful. I can vouch for the fact that many of the BkBd members, including its officers, are great guys. I'm sure if you join them in a coop mission you will learn the same.

If ANet intended for the elite missions to be exclusive to the members of the alliance that hold it, then they would have made it that way, just as they can turn off Canthan characters from entering the early missions in Ascalon and the Northern Shiverpeaks, they can easily make it so that Joe Schmo non-alliance member can't enter the mission. What ANet has done is make a couple missions that alliances can pick and choose who enters (to a certain degree, obviously if you're in the mission when it changes hands then the alliance has little control over that). If TC, or any other alliance wants to allow person X into a mission that they hold control over, that's their call. It's not cheating. Hell, they can charge for it if they so desire, people may or may not be willing to pay.

If it's your right to keep the elite missions for yourselves, then it's also the other players' right to insult you and disrespect you. Both courses of action ruin the fun of the other group.

We don't support guild versus guild or alliance versus alliance arguments here - if you're going to do it keep it ingame. Closed.
