Price check on a few golds....

I got a few golds while farming, and wanted to know what I could get for them.


1.Insightful Raven Staff of Warding
Energy +10
Cold Damage: 11-22 (Requires 12 Water Magic)
Halves skill recharge time of spells (Chance: 9%)
Reduces Crippled Duration by 33%
Energy +5
Armor +7 (vs. elemental attacks)

Or would I be able to get more money if I salvaged one of the upgrades? (on the staff)

2.Shield of the Wing
Armor: 16 (requires 10 Tactics)
Health +60 (while hexed)
