Need a PC on factions skin sickle PERFECT

slashing damage: 6-28 (require 8 axe mastery)
Damage +15%
-1 Energy Regeneration
+30 Health

20-40k maybe?... perhaps more... but the -1 will hurt... the fact there is a crafter one also....
