question about clearing map in certain area

how do u clear that pportion, between palace and sea?
i tried to go there after defeating shiro, it seems u cant go, is there any other way to get there?

Go out the North Portal. You can then explore all the way back through the rooms you just cleared and down to the docks. You will also be given the Special Skill again by the Dragon.

how much map can tyrian character can clear in cantha?

cuz im stuck on 89.9% & i cant clear jade quarry since no1 is there, so is it 90% or 95% for tyrian characters?

I'd imagine the part that you cant explore as a tyrian only adds up to 5%, so you got a bit of work to do yet, my rit is on 86% but i did the same as most people when factions came out, and that was to get of the tutorial island ASAP, so parts like the arena etc i missed out.
