I need a price for this, and because i don't want to sell it, i'll put a fortune +30 in it, so what would it be worth before and after that?

i put it at a possiblity of 250k+...id say a +30 shouldnt change the price that much...

keep the mod and sell it seperately. the axe itself should go for about 200k. gothic weapons are showing up more and more so sell it fast in High-End.
