Okay, the main job for this build is to handle agro of large mobs and then weaken them with conditions.
You will want a R/Mo with full druids armor and the highest vigor rune you can get. You will also want a +1 to wilderness survival mask with a supior WS rune on it, also somewhere on you armor you will want a minor expertise.
Weapon: Poisoners Longbow of Fortitude(best you can get) with +5 energy instead of damage mod.
Att Points:
Wilderness Survival: 16(12+4)
Expertise: 13(12+1)
Protection Prayers: 3
Skills:
Oath Shot {E}
Apply Poison
Barbed Trap
Dust Trap
Flame Trap
Throw Dirt
Wirling Defence
Rebirth
When Using this build, throw down you three traps, apply posion, put up wirling, use oath shot to agro a mob. When the melee monsters get close to you, us throw dirt on them. When oath shot recharges, use it and put down more traps when you have wirling up. To add to degen of targets keep using apply poison.
I think this build will do well in high level areas where handling agro and weakening enemies is important, places like the deep, UW, FoW. One thing that may pose a problem for this build is energy managment and I am still trying to think of a way to help that. One way would be to use a insightful staff, but then you could not use oath shot and apply poison so I dont know.
Please post opinions or suggestions for this build thanks.

No need to Throw Dirt when they close on you, as they should be blinded from Dust Trap already. I'd either save Throw Dirt for when they lose the blindness, or swap it out for something else. Oh, you have no self heal, there's what I'd swap it for.

Ya thanks for pointing that out, I think I will swap troll for throw dirt.

Your build is pretty similar to mine, but I run 3 superior runes and mostly solo, so I swapped rebirth for Distracting Shot. Lemme see if I can dig up a link...

Ya, that seems like a nice build, I have been considering sacraficing some health for a few points more in expertise to help with energy managment. I will have to test both out to see how they work.
