So what is ANet gonna do about my pre-4/26 10/10 Drago's Flatbow?

Ummm... Nothing?
What do I win?
Really, your bow is every bit as good as it was when you got it. New, better mods are now available, go get one if you want.

From what I heard... nothing. Sorry.
However ANET was supposed to implant an armor upgrader.. one day.

Yes, this type of question has been asked so many times that it's nauseating. They will eventually add an Upgrade NPC that will match old items with the new changes that were made (armor, weapons, etc.)
As a wise man once said: Patience, young Padawan.

Sir Skullcrasher
I still have the old victo battle axe with the 10/10 AP upgrade on it.

Absolutly nothing.
Invest in a 5:1 Vampiric string, and bring a switch bow. You'll do more damage. Sundering is still absolutly horrible.

10/10 weapons will not be upgraded...because according to the game, greens are worth 25g and golds are around 300g. Armor is purchased from NPCs for 15k a piece. And according to the game (15k * 5) = 75k > 25g.

And my Magmas shield:
(which i had before the patch)
Armor: 16
+29 health while in stance
-3 (10%)
Nearly perfect before, but now, a big lump of stenchness.

ANet will eventually put in an NPC that can upgrade the old armors, and perhaps weapons and shields, however ANet DOESN'T have to do this, they are doing it because it's a decent thing for them to do. Lets say you bought a laptop from Dell 2 months ago, and today Dell announced some chanegs to that laptop, more ram and a better video processor. Dell isn't required to give you a free upgrade now are they?

What about my old Pentium2 450mhz? It used to be top of the line and now it's crap. I want the manufacturer to upgrade it so it matches current top of the line stuff because I paid 2000$ for it!
It may sound harsh but it's the same thing =/
I lost about 300k in sundering upgrades I never managed to sell >.<
